we saw this butterfly at Machay, 1900 m, but we saw it from a distance through through the foliage of a tree and we were not able to make a decent picture.
we do not know what it can be, probably not an Actinote, but rather a Nymphalid, maybe a Castilia.
it looks quite like Castilia castilla, but these white markings on the HW?
