Pseudmaniola loxo is a high elevation species, 2600/3000 meters ; Tomasz Pyrcz collected it near the Tungurahua.
however we only saw one, in 2009, at Runtun, then, in 2012, we saw it on the road to Vizcaya, and also West of el Triunfo (2500 m).
